Built on the factory floor
KaixinCap was founded in 2004 in Guangdong Province, China — the global centre of headwear manufacturing. What started as a small production workshop has grown into a full-service headwear factory with in-house embroidery, weaving, and finishing capabilities.
We work directly with emerging streetwear labels, established retail brands, sports teams, and corporate clients. Our model is simple: cut out the importer, connect buyers directly to the factory, and pass the savings on.
Every cap we produce is inspected at three quality checkpoints before leaving the factory. We are CE and Sedex certified, and we welcome factory audits from prospective buyers.
