3D puff embroidery close-up Embroidery 3D Puff Embroidery 立体绣 · 3D Puff Embroidery
An EVA foam underlay lifts the thread off the fabric, giving your logo a bold, sculpted profile that catches the light. The signature street-and-sport look for front-panel branding.
Best fabrics Twill cotton, acrylic, canvas & other heavier fabrics Placement Front panel Best for Bold letters, clean geometric shapes Keep in mind Not for thin lines or small type; needs backing on soft / stretch fabrics; works around the front seam Pick this if: you want your logo to stand out and feel premium, and your design is bold and simple. Flat embroidery close-up Embroidery Flat Embroidery 平绣 · Flat Embroidery
The most versatile and most-requested method. Thread is stitched flat to the fabric for a timeless, durable finish that works on almost any panel — front, side, back, brim or closure.
Best fabrics Almost all cap fabrics Placement Front / side / back panel, brim, back closure Best for Text, line-art logos, small icons Keep in mind Very small type / fine lines can blur; add backing on thin fabric; not ideal on mesh Pick this if: you want a safe, classic choice that suits most logos and placements. Leather patch close-up Patch Leather Patch 皮标 · Leather Patch (Debossed / Laser-engraved)
A PU or genuine-leather patch stitched to the panel, with your logo debossed or laser-engraved into the surface. Reads as heritage, outdoor and upscale — a favorite for trucker and工装-style caps.
Best fabrics Twill cotton, canvas, corduroy, acrylic Placement Front / back panel, back closure Best for Clean logos and wordmarks Keep in mind Finishes include deboss, laser-engrave or printed; genuine leather varies in tone batch to batch; not for stitching large patches onto mesh Pick this if: you want a rugged, premium feel with real tactile texture. Screen print close-up Print Screen Print 丝印 · Screen Print
Ink is pushed through a screen onto flat-surface fabric for crisp, lightweight color blocks with no added texture. Printed at the panel stage, so the graphic sits perfectly smooth on the cap.
Best fabrics Smooth-surface fabrics (twill cotton, polyester, etc.) Placement Front / side panel, brim Best for Color-block logos, graphics with few colors Keep in mind Not for mesh or heavy texture; printing across a seam can break; each color needs its own screen Pick this if: you want a clean, flat graphic in a few solid colors. Heat transfer / DTF print close-up Print Heat Transfer / DTF 热转印 · Heat Transfer (DTF / Plastisol)
A full-color design is printed to film, then heat-pressed onto the cap. The only method that reproduces gradients, photos and unlimited colors — and it's economical for small, multi-color runs.
Best fabrics Smooth-surface fabrics Placement Front / side / back panel, brim Best for Multi-color, gradients, small batches Keep in mind Poor adhesion on heavy texture (corduroy / coarse twill); not for heat-sensitive fabrics Pick this if: your logo has many colors, gradients or fine detail. More decoration options Beyond the core methods above, we also produce these in-house. Ask us if your design calls for one of them.
